Welcome to The Diligence Factory. It brings acquisition diligence into one connected workspace, so your team can spend less time chasing information and more time understanding the deal. Here is how the process works.
Start with the deal.
Start by creating a deal. Capture the target company, transaction stage, financial context, and expected timeline. Then bring the right people into the workspace, with clear ownership of the work ahead.
Turn scope into a workplan.
Organize the scope into workstreams, such as financial, commercial, and operational diligence. Add tasks, assign owners, and set due dates. The dashboard gives the team a shared view of progress and outstanding work.
Ask clearly. Track every answer.
Next, prepare the seller request list. Review each request before releasing it, then collect responses and documents against the relevant item. The team can see what has arrived, what is missing, and what needs follow-up.
Make the numbers traceable.
